Shipping Your Puppy

We offer shipping for our puppies to anywhere in the continental United States and Canada as a courtesy to our customers. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us. Our top priority is your puppy’s health and safety, as well as ensuring you receive your puppy as soon as possible. The shipping fee varies depending on your location and includes the cost of airfare, a veterinarian fee for the puppy’s health certificate (required by airlines), and a portable airline-approved pet carrier with attachable food and water dishes. The earliest date your puppy can be shipped is listed below their picture. We handle all the necessary arrangements and prepare your puppy for the flight. At the airport, your puppy receives special care before departure.

Pets are the last items loaded onto the aircraft and the first unloaded. They have their own section in the cargo area that is pressurized and temperature-controlled, separate from other cargo and suitcases. Your puppy will be safely secured in a cozy carrier with a soft towel and surrounded by darkness and comfortable temperatures, which will likely encourage a nap during the flight.

We never use sedatives as they are dangerous and against airline regulations. In the case of delays that require kennel pick-up/drop-off services, we will cover the extra expense. International customers may be subject to an additional customs fee upon pick-up.

Puppy Pick-up at the Airport

For puppy pick-up at the airport, please call the provided phone number before heading there. In most cases, you can go directly to the customer service counter in the baggage claim area. To claim your puppy, present a photo ID and consider offering some food and water depending on the length of the trip home. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but if it’s a surprise, don’t forget your camera!
